Neighborhood

The condo is well equipt with everything you might need day to day. It is typical of the Portuguese culture with ceramic flooring and marble counters. There is an antique master bedroom suite & 2nd bedroom suite with other nice local furnishings, TV, CD, DVD, cell phone, 3 balconies, and washing machine.

The beach is only a 5 minute walk away. Our condo has a peaceful view of the farm lands. The village of Costa da Caparica offers all the shopping, clubbing & restaurants you may be interested in plus bus transportation to Lisboa. We are across the river from Lisboa and on the coast. It is a very popular beach area for surfing, swimming, with boardwalk, or watch the local fishermen bring in their nets.

We have many books, maps and information of things to see and visit in Lisboa and all of Portugal.

About Us

We are a retired couple who live in Victoria BC Canada. We spend 3 to 4 months in Europe each winter. While in Europe we would like to visit other places from Jan to April each year. Our guests may choose other warmer months to visit Costa da Caparica. We exchange 1 week up to 3 weeks for our visits to your home and country. Send your ideas.
