This 80 Sq m unit is situated right on the Gold Coast Highway which can be noisy, except that we have double windows in the bedrooms for better sleeping conditions. Lounge has a modern leather lounge and dining room area has a 4 person round wooden table and chairs. Kitchen is roomy with all modern appliances. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. Comfortable clean accomodation.

About Us

I am a Naturopath working in a local pharmacy. My daughter is an apprentice Hairdresser.
I love the beach and bought this unit so I could be in walking distance.
I am fastidiously clean and tidy and will leave any house swap home better than I found it.

Destination

This can be a non-simultaneous exchange as I have a friend that I can stay with. The dates are flexible as are the locations.
