Description

Our home is a comfortable 3 bedroom split-level house having all the amenities for a comfortable and secure stay. We have air-conditioning, fully functional kitchen with all the necessary accoutrements for creating delicious and healthy meals. The kitchen easily accomodates 6 diners. The living room is equipped with an excellent DVD player, large-screen HD tv and stereo system with over 50 DVD movies and 150 audio CDs. There are 2 double beds and one single bed. The house has many plants and flowers.We are non-smokers and have no pets. We have a large aquarium.

Neighborhood

Our home is a 10 minute drive from the city of Montreal. It's on a quiet, residential street, minutes from a hospital, shopping centers, supermarkets, pharmacies, and transportation. There are bus routes within walking distance of the house that will allow you quick and safe access to many parts of Montreal as well as Laval. Residents on the street are friendly and welcoming.
Within walking distance, there are pools, many parks and cycling/jogging paths.

About Us

We are a couple nearing retirement age. We are both professionals working in the Montreal area.We are a serious and accountable couple who enjoy travelling and meeting new people and at ease with life.

Destination

We will consider a non-simultaneous exchange with conditions. We are specifically looking to exchange with a similar professional couple within the Provence region, preferably in the quiet and friendly countryside.
