Description

Large, light country home in the Reno, Nevada, foothills with views of the city and mountains. Central heat plus wood burning stove. Indoor hot tub in sunroom. One queen bed and one double hide-a-bed. Minimal other furniture as we are in the process of moving.

Neighborhood

Country atmosphere but only 2 miles to supermarkets, a luxury mall, drug stores, etc.

About 20 minutes to ski areas, 30 minutes to Lake Tahoe.

Little public transportation; you would need a car.

About Us

We are retired professors with a daughter who lives in Boulogne-Billancourt, France. We wish to visit her in late winter/early spring 2008 and possibly around Christmas 2008. We are not presently living in the house in Reno, so the exchange would not need to be simultaneous. We also could offer a homestay with us where we are presently living in the wine country of California, about 1 1/2 hours from San Francisco.

Destination

We are looking for a stay in Bouglogne-Billancourt, France, which could be a non-simultaneous exchange. We need a place with an elevator or no more than one flight of stairs. We would be happy to take care of any pets or plants that you have.
