I offer a large and beautiful house in the convenient place to access Tokyo and Yokohama. I have six bedrooms, 3x20sqM, 2x30sqM and 1x26sqM tatami rooms. There is one living/dining room (60 sqM with a 3 people sofa and 1 large sofa), and a 15sqM kitchen where all the cooking facilities are. Very quiet place and I have never worry about the security and privacy in this area. Wooden floor, Broadband Internet access, Cable TV, air conditioning, and three large storages.

There is a big TV set (47inches) with 5.1ch home theater system in the living room.

A park is right in front of the house.
Yamaha upright piano is available.

Ideally located as a sightseeing base, our town offers easy access to Tokyo and Yokohama via Train or Car.

Train station (Tokyu Denentoshi line) is within the walking distance.
Large hospitals with english assistance are nearby. (Yokohama Sogo Hospital and St. Marianna Univerisity Hospital) Two pushbikes are available.

Highway entrance is five minutes away though you cannot see or hear. (20 mins to Tokyo, 20 mins to Atsugi, 2 hours to Mt. Fuji, 5 hours to Kyoto)

Trains run until the early hours (05:00) of the morning until late night (25:00) so going to a entertainment or dinner is not a problem.

Four huge shopping concentrations are within 30 minutes distance by car e.g. Center Kita and Minami, Lalaport Yokohama, Grandberry Mall at Minami Machida.

Neighborhood

Very quiet estate. My house is on the hill so you have good scenery outside the window but no one can look inside the house from the street.

No criminal cases in the region.

About Us

I am 43 years old and I would like to enjoy my stay abroad for a while. I used to work as a software engineer in the large software enterprise. I have got an MBA from Canadian University. I also lived in the U.K. for eight years so that the communication in English is not a problem. I enjoy driving, internet, movies and shopping. I have lived this house for nearly ten years. Since I am alone at the moment so I will be exchange with small house. I have no kids and no pets to bring with me.
