Description

We have a spacious fully air conditioned home .The house is open plan with ,on the upper level,2 bedrooms ,study,large lounge ,dining area ,large modern kitchen with all necessary appliances and 2 outside covered decks with great views over the golf course and surrounding countryside .The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with spa and there is another bathroom on this level.On the lower level is a 3rd large bedroom and bathroom, and a large family/playroom which opens onto the pool area .The pool is a 9m x 3m saltwater pool which is very easy to maintain.The pool is solar heated and enables swimming for 9-10 months of the year.

Neighborhood

We live on a quiet golf course estate on the Queensland Sunshine coast .There are many walks in the area and also cycling tracks .2 bikes are available.The home provides great views from the upper deck over the golf course and surrounding countryside.We are members of the golf club and drive the short distance to the club with our motorised buggy.We are 5 minutes drive to beautiful beaches at Coolum and Peregian Beach and about 15 minutes to the world renowned beach resort town of Noosa.

About Us

My wife ,Dawn and I are both retired.I was a Chartered Accountant and she was a computer operator in Brisbane before we retired to this area 3 years ago.We love the coastal life ,playing golf and tennis and enjoy walks on the great beaches .The weather in this part of the world is perfect for all outdoor activities all year round.
We speak English only although I do have a smattering of French.We are non smokers and try to live a good active lifestyle.
