Family home to professional 40s couple, teenage son and cat; close to city centre (30 mins walk - or take the cable car or bus); quiet neighbourhood; close to botanical gardens, shops and restaurants; 15 mins drive to Wellington airport; high speed internet access; all modern appliances; new kitchen and bathroom; courtyard barbecue area.

Professional neighbourhood close to city and university; local shops, school and botanical gardens; historic cable car down to city centre.

About Us

Late 40s couple (we work together in a communications/publishing business) and 16 yr old son (studying hard for exams at the moment).

Destination

It's late in the year - but we're looking for a house exchange for several weeks over Christmas/New Year period 2007/08, preferably central London.
If nothing works out this year, we'd be keen to make arrangements for Christmas/New Year 2008/09 - central London, Paris or New York.
We've visited all three, but not for quite a few years now!
Also open to offers closer to home during New Zealand school holidays 2008.
