Description

Southwest Chicago Suburb beautiful 5 Bedroom 3 bath home new in June 2005. Three car garage. Just 45 miles to the heart of the city and ALL that Chicago has to offer. Many NEW stores only 2 miles away. Only 15 minutes to the Metra train station which can take you downtown quickly and inexpensively. Over 3500 finished square feet. Cozy gas fireplace. We have heat/AC units on both floors so the temperature can always be exactly what you prefer. Two rooms have California King sized beds, two offer queen sized beds, one has two twins that can be bunk beds. The nursery has two cribs (along with one of the queens). We have wireless internet access throughout the house along with three TV's with Dish Network and 2 have DVD players connected. Community Clubhouse offers 3 beautiful pools in the summer months including a "kiddie" pool only 12-18" deep with a small slide. One pool is for Adults Only! Family of 7 including 1 year old twins. We do have a beautiful and very friendly tabby cat and although our home is kept very cleen, if you are severly allergic, this may not be a good place to stay.

Neighborhood

New, mostly younger families and a clubhouse community. All two story semi-custom homes just minutes from shopping and restaurants. Also just two miles from the downtown main street of our 100 year old village which offers antique and gift shopping along with the local library which rents movies for FREE. There is access to the Fox River trails which go for over 100 miles. You can walk or ride bikes (which we have many of). Or you can close the curtains and enjoy a queit night at home and hit the local market just two miles away and cook for yourself in our gourmet kitchen with a 5-burner gas cooktop and double ovens and a full stock of spices since we love to cook!

About Us

We are a young family with 5 children. Ages 10, 7, 4 and 1 year old twins.

Destination

We are specifically looking for an exchange in the Atlanta Georgia area right now as we are planning to attend a family wedding on June 15, 2007 in Grayson, Georgia. With 5 children, finding an affordable place to stay is quite challenging. Our children are very well behaved, we often pleasantly surprised by the compliments we receive of them being polite, respectful kids (four boys and one girl). We also have plans to go to California to visit family in the summers so non-simultaneous exchanges may be possible.
