You have to pay direct to them all services. You pay also for electricity and gas direct to them (around 20€/week)The best to go to centertown is to take a taxi (2€) but the walk is pleasant for it is situated on a hill so that you can reach both side of the town from house.
The house is made from wood and bricks in a pure colonial style and is 150years old
Little garden, stairs (35) to reach the house from the street, noisy in the morning due to vehicules that climb the hillroad, no heating, no airconditionned, no electric apparatus

Neighborhood

Just onder the queen's palace and prime minister's palace, which are a must to visit. A very little local market on the corner.
