Our appartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 18th century building.

The appartment is 14 feet high.
There is a dining room in the hall, a living room, a bedroom with double bed, a fitted kitchen ans a shower room with washing machine.
The living room has French Versailles parquet on the floor.

Whereas it is located in a very lively street, the appartment is very calm because all the windows look onto a beautiful courtyard.

There is no elevator and no bath.

Neighborhood

We are located in one of the most wanted neighborhood of Paris.

We are at Saint Michel in the Quartier Latin, in front of La Sorbonne. We are 5 minutes by walk from Notre-Dame de Paris, 10 minutes by walk from Saint Germain des Prés.

This is the best place for public transportation : 4 metro lines, 6 bus lines and it is so central that you can go almost everywhere by walk

About Us

Guillaume works in real estate ; he leads PFI projects.

I used to work in marketing for a french cosmetics company but now, I am taking care of our son, Augustin (1 YO) and we are waiting for a second child in June.
We would like to travel without children during automn or winter 2008.

We are non smoker and have no pets at home.

Destination

Our best choice is New York, San Francisco, Firenze, Seville, Grenade, Istanbul.
