dupleix (RDC + 1er étage) 46m² sur les bords de marne, avec une terrasse de 25m² juste derrière le bois de vincennes et son hippodrome. Le tout à 15 min du centre de Paris en transports directs ou en voiture.
A l'étage: chambre et salle de bain. Au RDC cuisine américaine(four, plaques électriques, four micro-ondes, frigo, lave vaisselle, lave-linge), bureau (internet et téléphone illimité vers les fixes en france) table de massage, séjour (tv, dvd, stéréo) coin repas: une table et 2 bancs permettant des repas jusqu'à 8 persones. Et la terrasse.

My place is a 46 square meters dupleix with the kitchen, the desk, the living room on the ground and on the 1st floor the bedroom and bathroom (sorry it's a big shower (1,20m²) but not a bath).
I should also be honest by telling you that my TV doesn't show a very good image (except when you're watching DVDs).
But my home has also several avantages: it is just in front of the river "la Marne" which gives a really nice view from the flat and leads to walks along the river or other river activities (such as cruise diner, paddle-boat, canoing, ...)
There is an Irish pub on the other side of the bridge (5 minutes walk) if you want a glass of strongbow to remind you of english cider, but also a very good "crêperie" that I recomand you just next the pub.

Calme et agréable, sécurisant, commerces à proximités mais pas dans la rue, transports très proches également (dont rer A pour le centre de PAris et/ou disneyland),
Bords de marne et activités liées: canoé, kayak, pédalo, bateaux mouches, repas croisières...,
bois de vincennes divers terrains de pétanque dans le bois de vincennes (donc en libre accès), terrains de foot en libre accès, équitation, hippodrome de vincennes, parc floral de Paris, Chateau de Vincennes, parc du tremblay avec notamment 1 practice de golf et un compact de golf en libre accès avec paiement des balles et des parcours, ...
Un Irish pub (o'Sullivan) au bout du Pont (à 2 min à pied)

Behind the house (at about 2minutes walk) ther is the "RER A" which is our sububs' train that leads you to the center of Paris in about 15 minutes (there are only 6 stations between "joinville-le-Pont" and "chatelet" which is the center of Paris). You can also get to Paris by car in about 15 minutes (if you're not driving at the rush hours: around 8 am and 6 pm), but it is really difficult to park in Paris (and to my opinion it's also a little bit difficult to drive in Paris).
Vincennes' wood is at 2 minutes walk behind the flat. You can have long walks there, or practice football or "pétanque" for free (I have a set of pétanque bowls that you can use, and if necessary I can explain you the rules and way to play this typical french game)
In the "bois de vincennes" (vincennes' wood) there are also a theater (called "la cartoucherie), several horse riding clubs, a farm that can be visited, several raods only for bikes, ... and also the "Parc floral de Paris" (floral parc of paris) whose entry is free since (people pay when there are expositions there but only to enter the exposition, the rest of the parc is free).
The "parc floral" is at the end of the wood, just in front of Vincennes' castle (that can be crossed during the day for free)

About Us

Nous sommes un jeune couple de 26 et 23 ans. J'ai été professeur des école avant de devenir assistante pédagogique dans une école d'informatique et mon ami est formateur en économie et droit pour des étudiants en hotellerie-restauration.
J'ai toujours vécu dans le val de marne (94) et mon ami vient de picardie. Nous nous sommes rencontré lors d'un concert d'un groupe de musique que nous adorons tous les 2.
Je suis aussi bénévole à la croix rouge française, j'aime cuisiner, voyager et discuter avec des gens.
Mon ami aime beaucoup les animaux même si nous n'en avons pas encore ici puisque c'est un peu petit pour en avoir.

My partner and I are two young french persons calm, respectful and friendly.
If you decide to come here I'll give you the name of my favourite restaurant that is in Saint Maur (at 2 stations on the RER A or 5 minutes drive) which proposes a delicious french food with very kind waiters. I can even call to book a table for you since the restaurant is very successful and therefore always full. (the restaurant is not in Paris which helps to have excellent food for quite cheap)
