Small 30m2 apartment. Very sunny and comfortable. On the first and last floor. A large room downstairs serves as kitchen and living room. There is a mezzanine bedroom under the roof.

Neighborhood

The apartment is located close to rue Custine, of City Hall for the 18th arrondissement and of the flea market of St Ouen. It is by one of the staircases of the Sacre-Coeur, at the bottom of the Butte Montmarte but not on one of the tourist-heavy locations. Close to all kinds of shops and transportation. Numerous places to walk to in this historical neighbourhood of Paris.

About Us

We are a French couple in love with Brasil. We have a lot of friends like us because we're involved in a BATUCADA. We worked hard to learn how to play Brasilian rythms. We already came to Rio last year during Carnaval and we want to do it again to know and visit all what we missed last year !
