Description

My home is a 3 bdrm, 2 bath brick ranch in Smyrna - a NW suburb of Atlanta. It is close to Vinings, Cobb Galleria and Cumberland Mall. Commuting to midtown, downtown or the Perimeter area takes 30-40 minutes.
There is a big fenced-in back yard and a doogie door so your dogs can let themselves out to play and take care of business. You can enjoy the yard too - on the patio, or looking out from inside through large sliding glass doors.
The house has family room, formal dining room, large eat-in kitchen, master bedroom with king-size bed, guest or child bedroom with full-size bed, and a third bedroom that functions as an office.

Neighborhood

The neighborhood is quiet and private with large lots and many, many mature trees. There is an air force base nearby, so you will hear loud planes overhead once or twice a day. After a while you don't even notice them.
There is a grocery store within walking distance (at the end of the street) as well as many great restaurants and shops within a mile.

About Us

My company was aquired and my position will be eliminated in March 2008. I'm taking advantage of the severance package to figure out if I want to move and/or change careers.

Destination

I am looking for a house/condo/townhome in a town/city along the southeastern atlantic coast from Virginia to Florida.
It would need to allow my two medium-sized (50lbs) dogs to accompany me. They are housebroken, short-haired and not destructive. I would prefer a yard, but it is not necessary.
