Description

This is our vacation home that is available year-round. It have 1700 feet of frontage on a 190+ acre lake. The house comes with kayaks, paddleboats and life vests. There is a 40ft X 20ft deck on the lake side of the house with a gas grill and picnic table. The house has a large front room. livingroom, three bedrooms, two bathrooms-fully stocked with towels, laundry room, screened side porch and large fully furnished kitchen with separate eating area. TV, DVD, and Nintendo is also available. A perfect place for and unforgettable family vacation.

Neighborhood

Three Mile Lake offers many boating opportunities. It is an excellent fishing, swimming and boating lake. The house is 2 miles from the town of Paw Paw which has several wineries and many restaurants and shops. Lake Michigan is 30 minutes away. A trip to Chicago is less than a 2 hour ride. Fall offers beautiful color tour advenures. Winter affords you the change to skate, ski or ice fish.

About Us

We are a family of 5 who live in the Chicago area. We own a specialty meat business.

Destination

We are very flexible in our exchange preferences. We do rent the house at times so all weeks may not be available. We are very flexible. We are interested in non-simultaneous exchanges as well.
