Description

We've a three bedroom two bath house right off the famous Hana Highway on two acres with three horses, three outdoor cats, a small dog, and some chickens sharing the jungle setting with us. There's bananas, avocados, guavas, breadfruit, and coconuts growing on-site. It also has a unique built-in tub in the downstairs bedroom with a wall of glass letting one view the jungle while soaking in the solar heated water. There's wireless highspeed internet, a tv with DVD and vhs player, an outdoor shower, a den/computer/reading room or extra bedroom, and a very spacious living area with a wall of sliding glass doors overlooking the deck and jungle surroundings.

Neighborhood

One can find world class windsurfing and nice beaches on the way to Paia where there's great shopping, dining, and a great health food store. Or head the other way to wind down Hana highway and enjoy postcard settings and find bamboo forests, beautiful waterfalls, and incredible bays and beaches. We're in a very private, yet accessible spot that's within a horseback ride of Jaws, where the giant waves go off a few times a year. It is the wet side of the island so it rains often but not for long providing for the lush tropical surroundings.

About Us

We're a couple of massage therapists with a twelve year old girl that may be traveling with us some. Abby and her daughter are both aerial acrobats, hence the silk hanging from the ceiling to the floor in the living room. We're all vary athletic and take good care of our health and appreciate and respect whatever land we find ourselves on. We love to enjoy nature, love all animals, value our privacy and respect others.

Destination

Flexible as far as dates and locations, but especially interested in Costa Rica, and Whistler, CA. Open to other possibilities though and are willing to consider any interesting options.
