My apartment has lots of sun and is large for New York standards. It could be two bedrooms but i don't have a wall up in the dining area which is large enough for a bedroom.
I only have one bedroom but more people can easily fit if they don't need a private area.

I have large view of my street and the avenue going down for many blocks.

Doorman. Laundry in basement. Elevator. Wifi cable connection. cable tv. Dishwasher. Cat.

Neighborhood

I live in the East Village/ Gramercy park area. Very short walk to everything - best place in the city to shop for food, music venues, off Broadway shows, bars, parks, shopping. Very hip young area, but my building has families and people of all ages. 2 blocks to Union Square, lots of activity there (political demonstrations, skateboarders, musicians, acrobats, whole foods) shopping and subway hub. The best public transportation of all types are within half a block to two blocks away. I enjoy walking downtown a couple of blocks for great food, music, and cafe's. Walk up a couple of blocks you will see beautiful buildings with gargoyles, and the famous Gramercy Park that only those with a key have access. Also some of the finest dining.

About Us

I live alone, female in my thirties. I have a cat and a fish. Acupuncturist, sometimes do computer graphics.

Destination

I would like to go to London November 19-28th 2007 or sometime very soon.
