Description

Quiet duplex that is 2mi to Pacific Beach in San Diego. Kitchen appliances, utensils, pots/pans available for use. 2bed/1bath: Note that 1 bedroom is the office, so no bed in there, but sofa pulls out to comfy queen size bed. Queen size bed in bedroom. Washing machine available and lines outside to dry in the fresh California sunshine.

Neighborhood

10min to downtown & airport. (6min to SeaWorld!) 2blks from bus lines. House is at end of cul-de-sac with quiet, friendly neighbors. Creekside path is close by for cyclers, joggers, walkers, etc. and 20min walk to Mission Bay Park (where there are more miles of jogging paths).

About Us

We're both professionals in our early 30's (sales & social services). Very responsible and considerate of others. We've exchanged before and can provide references.

Well-trained, well-behaved pets considered. We have a 60lb retreiver-mix that is very well-trained/behaved. (If we swap, we'd prefer you to consider taking care of him for us, he'd love to keep you company! -- and we'll do the same for your pets. We can board him if necessary.) Kids welcome even though we don't have any ourselves.

Destination

We'd like to exchange in the greater Seattle & surrounding areas (prefer Auburn/Fed Way or Issaquah but open to all) for the week of Christmas this year. Dates are flexible. We're driving up for the holidays and would like to bring our well-trained/behaved dog with us. (He's a 60lb retriever-mix.) If you allow this we'd love to bring him, if not would you consider watching him at our place? Or, we could put him up in boarding if necessary.
