Description

Our fabulous charming house is just minutes from downtown Los Angeles and Dodger Stadium. Located in the Silverlake neighborhood, we have tons of trendy restaurants and shops nearby.

Our house is 2 bedroom with an open living room and kitchen and complete with a mid-century modern fireplace. We have a large yard and patio that is very private and relaxing.

In addition we have a 2 story guesthouse that serves as a design studio- complete with it's own kitchen and bathroom.

Neighborhood

The Silverlake / Echo Park neighborhood is an ethnically diverse, very fun cultural part of Los Angeles. We are minutes to downtown LA and close to Hollywood. You will find tons of restaurants, bars, clubs and unique shopping. We are also 3 miles from Griffith Park.

Public transportation is a bit challenging so we recommend having a car for your stay.

About Us

We are a thirty-something couple. I am a clothing designer, crafter and sewing instructor, he is a computer programmer. Our child is the 4-legged variety- a very sweet, adorable Maltese.

We love to cook, entertain, make things and have fun!

Destination

We are looking to travel to New York and Europe in 2008.

We also go to Seattle, Washington for a few months out of the year so would love an exchange there.

Our dates are open and we are pretty flexible as we both work at home so do not need to deal with vacation time constraints and all that jazz.
