Description

This is a modern house (1999) tastefully decorated, entertainment area, easy care, close to everything, nice outlook, good surroundings. I love the kitchen, why I bought it. I have some really cool furniture (from cambodia) that is great to look at (carved with Cambodian Scenery), Were not complicated about how we live and the house shows it.

If you need schools, they are in walking distance, ditto trains buses etc. Auckland is a great place to live and you can access heaps of cool stuff from where we are. We have a cat whose getting a bit old but very friendly. This is a family home.

Neighborhood

The people around us are friendly, Ages range from young families to retired folk. Lots of places for walks, Schhols nearby and shopping. I am told there are 45 places to get takeaway food in Glen Eden. The bus is 2 min walk, the train 2 min drive or 15 min walk. there are two good shopping centers within 10 min drive

About Us

I am a professional Geologist, I work in SE Asia and Australia. I like gardening, animals (mostly cats). My Partner is friom Cambodia and she would be with me. I want to live in Australia near a main center for 6 to 12 months to help develop our business better in Australia. I would prefer near a main center in the Eastern States. Sydney surrounds, esp Northern or Brisbane even Mackay, or a major coastal center would be cool.

Destination

I want a location near Mt Kuring Gai in Sydney if possible but will look at any possibility near Northern Sydney, Brisbane or Coastal Queensland (North of Brisbane)
