New Villa with Outside Private Pool in quiet neighbourhood. Spanish, English and German neighbours. We have lived here since 2002 and have visited places such as Sevilla,Granada, Valencia,Madrid, Portugal with our Car. Denia is a beautiful Working Spanish Town with a sprinkling of English people and Bars. Half an Hour from Benidorm for the lively ones.Daily Car Ferry service to Ibiza and Majorca. About 100 kms from both Valencia and Alicante Airports via Motorways.

Neighborhood

We have a scenis Train Service to all areas to Alicante with a Railway Halt within 500 m. Bus services to all parts within 500m.
Small mountain called Montgo which has some interesting walks. Views to Montgo 500m.

About Us

We speak English and some Spanish. I am retired and my wife is in Nursing. I am involved with the Denia Rugby Club. There is a New Marina with Restaurants and Bars.

Destination

We want to visit Teignmouth or Dawlish, Devon, England only at this stage
