Description

Our holiday house is in the centre of town, with amazing coastal views. The house is two storeys, built in the early 1990's. It has five bed rooms and three bathrooms, a full kitchen, and combined lounge and dining room.

The kitchen, dining room ,two bed rooms and bathroom are upstairs and downstairs there are two bed rooms , bathroom and sunroom.
There is a separate one bed room cottage with bathroom and kitchenette.

Sit on the balcony sipping a glass of local wine and watch the Cray boats caress the waves.



Neighborhood

On the east coast of the Islands state of Tasmania, just north of the Freycinet Peninsula is the beautiful coastal town of Bicheno.

Sand, surf, sea and sun epitomise Bicheno, a pretty fishing town founded on the sea and its bounty. Nearby there’s the Governors Island Marine Reserve with fascinating underwater scenery and sealife. See it from a glass-bottomed boat or get right into it with some scuba equipment.

In the town there’s the Sea Life Centre, where creatures of the deep swim in huge glass tanks. The town is a centre for endless outdoor activity - fishing, sailing, golf, tennis and much more. After vigorous mornings spend relaxing afternoons at the East Coast Nature World. T Wander down to the beach at dusk to watch the fairy penguins returning to their burrows for the night - unforgettable.

Bicheno had wonderful restaurants and cafes and it is a quite and safe community of about 800 permeant residents... a perfect vacation destination.

Destination

We have three houses available to swap -One In the Gold Coast Queensland, One in Ocean Grove - Victoria and one in Bicheno, Tasmania. We would be happy to exchange cars as well. ( we have a car on the Gold Coast and a car in Ocean Grove.)
