Not requiring any kind of transport, you will reach, after a nice walk, the Palacio Real (Royal Palace), Opera, Museums (Prado, Thyssen, Reina Sofia, etc), Plaza Mayor, Cibeles, Jardín Botánico, you could walk around Madrid de los Austrias, etc. Just in the commercial heart of the city where the best restaurants, pubs and TAPAS bars are. Besides, if you wish to know other areas of Madrid you will have two different tube stations 150 metres from the apartment (SOL and SEVILLA) with access to lines 1,2 and 3; More than 20 bus lines to go wherever you wish and 3 different lines of tourist buses. 2 public parkings to 100 meters of apartment.

About Us

We are one married couple 59 years old (we are historian an economist) and we travel alone or with two daughters (21 and 26 years old).
We live at 12 kmts of Madrid, but we bought this apartment in the City Centre. We rent it, too.
We love read, music and to travel

Destination

New York, Amsterdam, Copenhague, Stokolm, Dublin,London.
Can this be a non-simultaneous exchange, because the apartment I offer in Madrid is my second home and the dates are flexible.
