Description

Large family home with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, large kitchen. Every amentity you can imagine. Central Air, computer with broadband, satelite TV, piano, 3 finished levels, Beautiful hard wood floors, Immense master bedroom and private bath. Nice deck and BBQ grill. Toys for kids of all ages (ours are 14, 9, & 3).

Neighborhood

Easy drive (about 1.5 hours) to Washington DC, New York City and the Altantic Ocean. 30 minutes to Philadelphia, 15 minutes to the 2nd largest mall in the US. Excellent shopping and dining. (With recommendations and directions available) Quiet neighborhood, friendly people, families of varying ages. Amish communities within 30 minutes.

About Us

Family with 3 kids, stay at home mom and professional dad. Moved to US from Quebec. Culture and new experiences very important to us. Fluent in Italian, French and English.

Destination

We are looking to go to Italy primarily, somewhere on the coast, Adriatic or Mediterranean. We would also consider other countries such Australia, Canada, Ireland... We need a home with enough room for 5 people (2 adults and our 3 kids). If possible, we'd also like to have a car with the exhange.
