Description

This is a second property of ours, so simultaneous exchange times are not important. It is well maintained, nicely furnished and has a great view of expansive grounds and pool. It is on the second floor of a two floor condo. It is in a mixed development of nice homes, condos and villas. It is a quiet setting, minutes to excellent dining, golfing, fishing, shopping, tennis or lazing on the beach. We rent this often, but are really looking to exchange as we love traveling and 'living with the locals'!
There are two queen beds, two tvs, a dining room table, washer/dryer, and a very comfy living room. There is also a nice supermarket, breakfast diner and Starbucks within a ten minute walk through the neighborhood.

Neighborhood

It is a peaceful area. There are homes, condos and villas. The development has approximately 800 dwellings, all middle or upper middle class types. There is a lot of green space and elbow room. There are lakes with walking/jogging paths.

About Us

We are a family of four. I am a computer and ESOL teacher, my wife teaches parenting classes for a non-profit organization. We have two respectful, ambitious daughters, 5 and 8.

We are looking for nonsimultaneous exchanges.
