Description

Is a vacations house but well equiped. It have 4 rooms, 3 with doble beds and one very big with 4 beds, we use it for our children.
It have a garden and a garage for the car.

Neighborhood

Is located in a nice beach area south of Barcelona ( 150 km), the town is Ametlla de Mar and this house is an a residencial area 10 m. by car to the center of the town.
The house is 5 minutes walk to nice beach and the area is very quite and nice.

About Us

We are 4 in our familly, my wife and me, we are working in a agricultural research center, our chield have 3 and 6 years old.

Destination

could be a non-simultaneous exchange, but our home is only avaible from October to May, the rest of the time is used for our familly
