PARQUET, DECO TRÈS SOIGNEE, VUE SUR LES TOITS DE PARIS, PETIT BALCON TRES FLEURI.
Tres confortable pour4 personnes, et vraiment correct pour 5 ou 6 (couple et enfants)..
3 chambres : 1 matrimoniale, et deux chambres 1 personne pouvant accueillir sans souci un lit d'appoint.
salon, salle à manger d'environ 30 m2. Clair, sans vis à vis. La chambre matrimoniale donne sur cour vue totalement dégagée sur les toits de paris et est très calme. Les deux autres chambres donnent sur rue, plutot calme.
la cuisine est toute équipée (lave-vaisselle, lave linge et seche-linge)
femme de ménage une fois par semaine et ménage de fin de séjour

1 kitchen, all equipped (washing machine, drying machine, dishwasher, cooker and microwaves oven
1 bathroom with bath and shower
Cleaner: 3 fours per week and at the end of the stay

PRES DU CANAL SAINT MARTIN, QUARTIER TRES AGREABLE ET VIVANT. PISTES CYCLABES JUSQU'U PARS DE LA VILLETTE ET BASTILLE ET CENTRE PARIS. LES BORDS DU CANAL SONT ANIMÉS, BELLES BALLADES A PIED JUSQUE LA VILLETTE, BASTILLE.

Located at 100 meters from “canal Saint Martin”, at 200 meters from a Metro Station directly connected to Paris Centre 15 ' (Opéra, Chatelet) and at 5mn by foot from Gare de l’Est and Gare du Nord (directly connected to CDG airport)
Very well located to organise walks or cycle rides along the Channel, between La Villette Park and Bastille Place (we have 3 bicycles), and also towards Buttes Chaumont.
All food trades very close by

About Us

NOUS SOMMES UNE FAMILLE DE TROIS PERSONNES, NOUS AIMONS BEAUCOUP NOTRE QUARTIER. FERUS DE CULTURE EN GENERAL, MUSIQUE ET PEINTURE SONT AU RENDEZ VOUS A LA MAISON AVEC DE NOMBREUX LIVRES ET DISQUES.

NOTRE LIEU DE VIE EST IMPORTANT POUR NOUS ET NOTRE APPARTEMENT EN TEMOIGNE.

We look for an exchange (between 1 week or 3 weeks), mainly in July or August. We look for a house, or a flat, for 6 peoples: 1 couple (my husband and me), 1 Adult (my sister) and 3 young girls between 15 and 18 (my daughter and my 2 nieces)

RECHERCHONS ECHANGE AU MOIS DE JUILLET/AOUT

POur l'été, recherchons maison avec 6 couchages (un couple et quatre individuels - ma fille et ma niece de 15 ans) pour si possible une durée minimale de 10 jours entre le 15 juillet et le 1 aout. Nous sommes ouverts à toutes propositions en france et en europe. Echange à dates différentes possible.

Nous ne recherchons pas d'échange à Noel
