Description

Our home is 2700 sq feet with 3 bedrooms, office, living, family room, dining, kitchen and garage. We are non smokers and do not allow smoking in the house or on the grounds. Our yard is beautifully landscaped in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping, Lady Bird Johnson Lake, hike and bike trails and downtown Austin. We have DSL internet service and a 46in DLP TV with Dish Network.

Master has king-size bed and bath, daughter's room has full-size futon and bath, son's room has trundle beds.

Two car garage and one or possibly both cars are available ('03 Convertible Bug and '03 Camry).

One small dog is okay if house-trained. No cats please due to allergies.

Neighborhood

Neighborhood is quiet and we live on a short one block street that bisects another very short circle street. In other words, the only traffic you have is someone who wants to be here. There are no short-cuts or through-ways. The area is part of the Eanes ISD which is a very nice part of the Austin area. Houses run about 375K and up and very well kept. Crime in the area is very, very low.

We are about one mile from Barton Creek Mall and close to other shopping and great restaurants.

About Us

My wife and I are both professionals and we have two children. Son is 12 and daughter is 17.

Destination

Very interested in Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.
