Description

We are a couple wishing to exchange our apartment in Paris for an apartment in New York.
Approximately 5 days exchange in early 2008
We've planned to be in NY from january 4th to the 9th, but dates are flexible before this period (if you want to include Christmas or New Year in the period, it is ok)

It is a quiet and bright apartment in a modern building.
We have a private garden and terrace.
Ideal for a couple. Can sleep 4.

It is on the first floor, 50 square meters apartment.
One bedroom (with double bed), one living room (with sofa beds).
US Kitchen. Bathroom. Separate toilets.
wireless internet. Lots of cd's (cd player). tv.
1 bicycle


Notre appartement se situe en rez de chaussée, côté cour, avec un jardin privatif.

La résidence dans laquelle se situe notre appartement date de 2000, elle est sécurisée (2 codes d'entrée).

Sa surface est de 50m2. Une grande salle à manger avec une cuisine US moderne avec un accès sur le jardin.
Une chambre avec un lit double, moquette, donnant sur le jardin.
Salle d'eau et toilettes séparées.
Nous disposons d'une voiture et d'un garage fermé.

Neighborhood


Quiet neighborhood and we're very close to all shops : supermarkets, bakery, bank, post office...
2 minutes walk from the tube (line 11) which goes directly to the center of Paris in 15 minutes (Le Louvre,hôtel de ville, Seine River..)

Quartier avec de nombreux immeubles très récents, situés derrière l'hôtel de ville. Rue calme.

Très grande proximité de tous les commerces (supermarchés, boulangerie, banque, poste).

Le métro se trouve à 2 minutes à pied.

En 15 minutes, vous avez un accès direct au centre de Paris.

About Us


We both are 29 and newly weds!

I work in a public entreprise in tourism and my husband is teaching sport at university.

We are keen on all cultural events: cinema, painings, museums.. and sport.

We speak english and I can manage a few words in spanish.


Je travaille dans le tourisme dans une entreprise dépandant du gouvernement.

Mon mari travaille dans la formation sportive.

Nous parlons tous les deux anglais et je peux échanger avec quelques mots en espagnol.

Destination


We look for an apartement in NY or very close to NY for the beginning of january 2008 (5 days)

The exchange can be at the same moment for a longer period (our apartment can welcome you from Christmas until the 9th of january)


Nous recherchons un appartement à New York ou proche de la ville pour y passer quelques jours début janvier 2008.

L'échange avec notre appartement peut se faire en simultané, sur une période un peu plus longue, selon les demandes
