We will be in Mantattan Nov 29-Dec 13 and need an apartment during that time.
We have a Beautiful 2 bedroom (second bedroom is an office) house on Mullholland, 2 miles East of Laurel Canyon in the Hollywood hills. Great views, (yes that's the Hollywood sign in the distance!), a private deck off the bedroom with a hot tub. Fully furnished, 50 inch flat screen tv, Wireless access, washer/ dryer/dishwasher, large tub in master bathroon, large private backyard. Rents for 2100./week. Willing to trade for your Manhattan aptartment. Email if you need more information or more photos.

Neighborhood

We are in the Hollywood hills, off Mullholland Hwy, on a beautiful quiet street. Lots of space, peace and tranquility,just down the street from a series of hiking trails that have spectacular views of the City below. We are 10 minutes to downtown Hollywood or Studio City.

About Us

We are a couple in our late 40's, early 50's.
Psychotherapist and Yoga instructor, we travel to New York frequently on business.

Destination

We will be in Manhattan from Nov 29 to Dec 13, and would like to swap homes, it can be a non simultaneous exchange if this works for you. Our dates are solid.
