Description

Our home has an open floor plan on one floor, with expansive glass walls looking out on the river and mountains. We have a gourmet kitchen, with six-burner gas range, double ovens, prep sink, and wet bar. The house is furnished with fine furniture, china, artwork, silver, and crystal, requiring children who are careful and under control. We have 13 grandchildren who love our house. Library has HDTV, lots of DVDs, cable movies, and games for kids. Lots of photos available.

Neighborhood

We are in the georgeous Napa Valley, carpeted with vineyards and charm galore. Perhaps the best year-around weather in the world. Within minutes of 300 wineries, ten of the best restaurants in the US, golf, hiking, and a Six Flags amusement park with a dolphin show. About an hour away from San Francisco, Muir Woods redwoods, a wild animal park, the Peanuts museum, and the Jelly Belly Factory. A little further to the Pacific Coast and its tide pools.

Two senior adults, retired. World travelers with some home exchange experience.
