Description

Our wonderful 800 sq foot condo is open for swap for any place in the world! My husband and I keep this condo for our mini-vacation get-a-ways. It's furnished with brand new furniture throughout and has updated fixtures & paint. We live in Atlanta, so it's occupied only when we have the time to go down for a long weekend. It is in perfect condition and will sleep 5 comfortably. This is a 40 unit building, very quite and brand new pool and landscape throughout the property! It's immaculate. You'll also find games, puzzles, linens, kitchen utensils and just about everything you'll need to relax on the beach. If you like Daytona, we're only a mile north of Daytona Beach. If you want to spend time at the theme parks in Orlando, no problem... a short drive and you're in the heart of Disney World!! Other points of interest are the beautiful St. Augustine one hour north and Cape Canaveral at about one hour south. Great day trips to many unique places if you like!

Neighborhood

The neighborhood is located in upscale Ormond Beach. Bike and walking trails will take you everywhere you want to go. This is an ocean beach front property! You'll find restaurants, tourist shops, golf, beaches, and lots of relaxed laid back vacationers.

About Us

My husband and I are in our mid 40's. We own 2 upscale retail furniture stores in Atlanta. The children are grown up and on their own so we like to travel several weeks each year and need to get-a-way from the demands of the retail environment as often as possible! We have some flexibility and lots of frequent miles... so we don't always need to plan way out in advance. We don't need alot of space, but we do like our accommodations to be clean and comfortable. We're not sports enthusiast, but we do enjoy site seeing and excursions!
