Shopping and Dining: within a 5 minute drive. Surrounded by
vineyards - four notable wineries minutes from the door - award winning varietals. Fine dining is within walking distance at the Quail's Gate Winery or a 5 minute drive to Mission Hill Winery. It is a 5 to 10 minute drive to most amenities, and shopping & dining. It is under a fifteen minute drive over the bridge to the downtown Kelowna area. Lake is located within a 5 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. There is a raft, picnic tables and boat launch. One block walk to the beach, and two blocks to the park or three blocks to the Quails Gate Winery. Owners are members of the Westbank Yacht Club where a boat launch is available and moorage maybe negotiated for a small fee. Nearby Attractions: 5 wineries and golf & driving range, horse back riding, orchards, waters slides, beaches all within approximately 5 minute drive.

Young 50 year olds with no kids or pets.
Never time to much to do and see.
Nieces and Newphews think were the best because we have all the toys - pool, boat and mustang convertible.

Destination

This can be a non- simultaneous exchange and dates can be flexible.
We have an extra 2 bedroom suite in our house.

Regions in Australia prefer one week Sydney close to downtown or beaches, Gold or Sunshine Coasts 2 weeks otherwise open to options.

United States Eastern seaboard, Arizona, Southern California close to beaches .
