The apartment is located in the center of Paris, a few meters away from the Louvre Museum (100m) and the Opera Garnier (300m), close to the metro station. Nice neighbourhood and absolutely renovated apartment, in one of the most chic areas in Paris. It's a penthouse (6th floor) with lift up to the 5th floor. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a totally equipped kitchen and a spacious living room.

Neighborhood

Opera is one of the most chic neighbourhoods in Paris. Close to the Louvre Museum and the Opera Garnier, a walk to the Seine takes less than 5 minutes. It's close to the subway station (50 m), and located in the very heart of Paris. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood.

About Us

I speak Spanish, English and French, and I have come to live to Paris for some years for professional reasons. Travelling is one of my hobbies.

Destination

I would like to exchange my apartment for one in New York, centrally situated if possible. I will forward photos of my apartment to interested people. The only available dates are starting December 1st to December 8th 2007.
