This home is located in Mount Pleasant, SC - which is basically a suburb of historic Charleston, SC . The house has 4 bedrooms with an office that can used as a 5th bedroom. It has a formal living and dining room as well as a family room and nice screened in porch. A total of 2650 sq feet. Wireless Internet access, cable TV, DVD, stereo, fireplace.

A vehicle is available and for experienced boaters, a 17 ft Key West center console boat is also available. Children and pets are welcomed

Neighborhood

The neighborhood has a community dock on Shem Creek which provides access to the Charleston Harbor. It also has a community tennis and pool club and 17 acres of common area with a play ground. The neighborhood is 6 miles from Sullivan’s Island beach and 5 miles from downtown Charleston

About Us

We are a family of 4 with two children. My wife is a Doctor and I am a Information Technology professional. We love the outdoors and enjoy spending time at the beach, down town Charleston and the national parks in this area.

Destination

We are interested in going to a location that is close to a major ski resort. Our dates are flexible and we would consider a non-simultaneous exchange.
