Description

We are retired and travel a lot, No pets, very small lawn.over looking sand and sea.three storey house,two car garage, easily looked after home.160km north to Christchurch, 200km south to Dunedin, 110km to Mt Cook and lakes. Five minutes walk to main shopping Great climate winter and summer. 19 of the 23 NZ Ski fields with in 150km . Sea ,lake, and river fishing .golf $15.00 round .Not to many people plenty of space.Two cars, Two bicycles,Piano.Pop of Timaru 28,000 people. Race course ,All weather athletic track,walks, swimming pools and Air port,Plenty to do for every body .

Neighborhood

We have been to the Uk and forty three other countries,the Uk 14 times .We owned a canel boat in England for 4 years and travelled most of the rivers and canels.W would like to spend 10 months there in 2008. We are both retired. I had my own Joinery factory and my wife Linley worked in a accountant s office,We have three daughters and three grandchildren,one living in Texas USA ,one in Sydney Australia and one unmaried in Dunedin N Z . There would only be the two of us looking for a house exchange for next year 2008 any where in the United kingdom.We only speak english.
