Description

This is our second house in New York that we use when we are in the city. We have a house outside NewYork. Our Studio apartment s on 23rd St west side the area call Chelsea, 14 floors and each floor have 14 apartments and our place is on 4th floor with two elevator and 24 hours door man. In the room, there is king size sofa bed brand new small kitchen with counter top so you can eat your meals. Fridge mircowave, electric cooker dishwasher,bathroom with bathtub and shower. Landury room in the basement which is normal for NY. New paint and neat and clean. Air contidtion and 24h heater.

Neighborhood

The Chelsea area have lots of restaurents, art galleries, shops cinema, ourside there is a metro station so you can go anywhere.
Live area... but the apartment is quite....

About Us

I am Japanese professional woman in mid 40, with husband and 7 year old child. I have a jewerly boutique where we live out side New York call New Jesery.
I am honest and clean and neat. I will look after your apartment like my place so you do not have to worry. At the moment I am only looking for a exchange apartment in Paris.
1,2,3,4,or 6 area in Paris.

Destination

This is for my new business in Paris. I am looking for beginning of October 5 days for the fashion show and beginning March 2009 for 5 days.
This is our second house so if the date is not matching exactly for my side I can be very open.
