Description

The flat is more or less in the center of the city, in a safe neighbourhood. It takes about 20 minutes to go from the flat to the main square by Underground. There are also some bus lines.
The flat is small but it has two big beds for four people. One of them is inside of a bedroom and the other one is inside of a sofa in the living room. It has air conditioning and private heating. There is a microwave, a washing machine, a fridge and a stove inside of the kitchen.
The flat is also near the airport. It takes about 15-20 minutes to go from the aiport to the flat.

Neighborhood

The neighbourhood has a lot of shops and pubs. It is safe and quite. A lot of foreign families from different countries live there with Spanish people. There is a park in the middle and lots of facilities.

About Us

I am interested in exchanging my flat for another flat in New York during 15 days next month of August, 2008. It is possible for me to lend my flat during the hole month but I would stay just 15 days in New York. Thank you in advance.
