Neighborhood

Our house is overlooking the orange groves and mountains, yet only a short walk to the typically quaint spanish village with its traditional local bars and restaurants. there are ample small shops for your day to day needs, fresh bread is available daily from many of the local shops. The area we live in has an abundance of walks.
The vibrant City of Valencia is only 20 minutes drive away where you can enjoy the cosmopoliton flavour of Spains 3rd largest city, and the extensive coastline with wonderful beaches. the road rail and air transport systems are also within easy reach. The ski resort of Teruel is a mere 2hours away, making Pedralba the perefect place to enjoy both the local culture and wider experiences that Spain has to offer.

About Us

We area couple in our late 50s early 60s. We enjy walking in the local areas, visiting the local bars and restaurants, where our villa is situated we have the peace and quiet to enjoy our garden. we are non-smolers, we are honest and take a pride in our home, we would treat your home in exactly the same way.
