Description

My home is located near downtown Holland in a friendly neighborhood. You can walk to a lively downtown area filled with fun shops and restaurants. There is a public park and swimming pool only two blocks from the house, as well as a library and Hope College. The house is the perfect size for a small family or couple. Lake Michigan is about six miles away and is a very enjoyable bicycle ride. Enjoy trips to the farmer's market in the summer and special events both downtown and at local parks.

Neighborhood

The neighborhood is filled with college professors, friendly residents, and students from the local college. There are many places to walk to as listed int he house description. The street is lined with shady trees that keep the neighboorhood cool in the summer.

About Us

I'm a sixth grade teacher that has been teaching at the same school for the past six years. I love to travel and particularly love Ireland. Since I have the summers off, I would really like to have a little get away while I don't have to work. When I travel, I really like to become part of the culture, rather than just do the "touristy" things.

I enjoy working out, being outdoors, cooking, reading, and learning new things.

Destination

My dates are flexible. I also have two charming cats, that I would be willing to leave with the family coming to stay if they would be interested in having the joy of caring for cats.
