Greetings,

This little WATERFRONT COTTAGE gem was built right on the beach in 1918 (right around the corner from from downtown Seattle) and we have maintained its old world charm with a major renovation in 2007.

1 BR & 1 BTH w/shower, stone fireplace, beamed ceilings, beautiful wood floors and a spacious deck overlooking all of Puget Sound. It also has quality kitchen appliances and a big stainless steel grill on the deck. Cable TV, DVR, Payperview movies, DVD player and wireless internet are also available. Ocean wave sounds surround you day and night.....truely a one-of-a-kind property for a very special stay while in Seattle.

Neighborhood

Unlike many properties who advertise they are located in Seattle, ours "is" in Seattle proper....beautiful Magnolia neighborhood next to Downtown and adjacent to Discovery Park, the largest in King County!

....and you will quickly see why "All" our renter's (and traders) have absolutely loved their stay with us and you will too. Nothing like this exists anywhere around Downtown.

Our waterfront location is on a dead end street so it is private and quiet with no car traffic....you will feel like you are in the San Juan islands....yet you can get downtown in a flash. This is the best way to experience Seattle.

About Us

We are experience landlords and renter/swappers too and are most respectful of other peoples properties and personal property as we surely expect them to be with ours.

We love to travel...married for over 20 years.....no children and most our work travels with us on our computers so we have much flexibility on our schedule and destinations.
