Description

Our apartments are vacation rentals located in downtown Sitka, Alaska, which is a major vacation/charter fishing destination. Sitka is located on Baranof Island in Southeast Alaska. The apartments are located 1/2 block from the main charter fishing harbor and minutes from all major attractions. Two are studio apartments and one is a one bedroom apartment. There are three to four beds in each apartment. All have outdoor space, decks, gardens, BBQ, full kitchens and private bathrooms. Top quality beds. Private and quiet.

Neighborhood

Sitka has many attractions. Our apartments are within walking distance to great trail heads for hiking in the Tongass National Forest, fishing, historical Sitka attractions, whale watching, sea life tours, museums, kayaking, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and more. Sitka is a community of 8800 people. Tlingit and Russian history and culture. Located on Baranof Island facing the Pacific Ocean, surrounded by 100's of smaller islands, snow capped mountains, deep fiords and plunging rivers and streams. World class fishing.

About Us

We are a couple, mid- fifties. We own and operate a gallery/ gift shop in downtown Sitka. We love to travel in the winter, but can offer our apartments in the summer. We speak Spanish and love Mexico and Central America. We are both artists and dog trainers.

Destination

We want San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. Dates are flexible. Non-simultaneous exchange is fine. We will have a well trained dog with us.
