Description

We have a 3 bedroom Cape Cod home located on 10 acres with a man made pond & a hot tub on our deck. Two large bedrooms & a bathroom are located upstairs. One bedroom & a bath is located on the first floor, along with the laundry facilities. We have a farmhouse kitchen & a full finished basement with a bar. We have one calico cat (Patches). You can have a picnic in our woods, soak in our hot tub & just relax! Our driveway is circular & black topped.

Located approx. 10 miles is the town of Frankenmuth (the #1 vacation spot in Michigan) famous for its Fried Chicken, many unique shops & an array of activities. We are 8 miles from the Birch Run outlet. To the south is Flint, Lansing & Ann Arbor. To the north is Saginaw, Bay City & Midland.

Neighborhood

Our neighborhood is residential with friendly neighbors. The closest town for shopping is 5 miles (Montrose). Our street is residential & good for walking or riding bikes.

About Us

My husband, Randy is retired from Delphi/General Motors (after 30 years). I just recently retired from Holy Cross Children's Services residential treatment facilities after 30 years, working with a client population of court ordered teenage delinquent youth.

Randy makes & sells barnwood birdhouses & loves working in his 40 X 60 pole barn. I love to travel, spend time with family & scrapbook.

Between us, we have 3 grown adult children who are out of the home.

Destination

Our dates would be flexible as we are both now retired. We do have a trip planned to Arizona in February of 2008.
