Our house joins modern comfort and antique charm.

On the first floor, you will find 4 bedrooms, 3 big and one small, a bathroom and a toilet.

On the ground floor, the living with HD television and fireplace and the dining room opened to one another give a lot of space and sunshine. The kitchen has been totally renovated and is well equiped for all the great cooks... A second toilet is hidden in the kitchen. A study with lots of books and a laptop faces the living room.

In the basement, you will find another computer with internet high-speed connection available and a second television with cable also. Kids will be able to find toys and two bicycles. You will also find a washing machine and a dryer.

The house stays fresh during summer, but even so, you will be able to use the air conditioner in the kitchen and in the master's bedroom.

Let's not forget about the nice garden that should please your eye. You'll be free to play in it...

Notre maison allie le confort moderne au charme des anciennes constructions.

À l'étage, elle compte 4 chambres dont 3 grandes et une plus petite, une salle de bains et un cabinet de toilette.

Au rez-de chaussée, le séjour avec foyer et la salle à manger en enfilade donnent beaucoup d'espace à vivre. La cuisine est entièrement rénovée et équipée pour les grands chefs...Un deuxième cabinet jouxte la cuisine. Un bureau avec bibliothèque fait face au salon.

Au sous-sol, on trouve un ordi avec connexion internet haute vitesse et un deuxième téléviseur avec câble comme au rez-de chaussée. Les enfants peuvent y trouver des articles de sport(bicyclettes) et des jeux. On trouve aussi en bas un lave-linge et une sécheuse.

La maison reste fraîche l'été, mais on peut installer des climatiseurs de fenêtre dans la chambre des maîtres et dans la cuisine en cas de canicule.

La visite n'est pas complète sans une visite du jardin qui devrait vous plaire beaucoup. Vous serez bien libre d'y jardiner ou non...

Quartiere

Outremont is a well appreciated neighbourhood for its quality of life and its proximity to downtown. Tall maple trees embelish its streets and no less than 10 parks are available. Born a hundred years ago, this wealthy neighbourhood kept its magnificent architectural heritage.

The neighbourhood has also its french restaurants, its numerous cafes, and its fine groceries. its a neighbourhood as calm as lively. Our neighbours are friendly and respectuous.

Right behind our house, is situated the Outremont subway station and a bus stop. By car or by public transport you'll be downtown in a few minutes.

Outremont est un quartier apprécié pour sa qualité de vie et sa proximité du centre-ville. De grands érables matures longent nos rues et pas moins de 10 parcs sont à notre disposition. Créé il y a environ cent ans, ce quartier cossu a su conserver son magnifique patrimoine architectural.

Le quartier a aussi ses restaurants français, ses cafés, ses boutiques et ses épiceries fines. C'est un quartier à la fois vivant et calme. Nos voisins sont chaleureux et respectueux

Tout juste derrière la maison, se trouvent la station de métro Outremont et l'arrêt d'autobus. Le centre-ville n'est qu'à quelques minutes en métro ou en voiture.

Chi siamo

We are quite an untypical family: my husband, portuguese, has been retired for a few years now while I still teach french to immigrants at the university. We have two beautiful daughters which are 15 and 22 years old and are both studying. We speak, part from portuguese and french, spanish and english.

Nous sommes une famille plutôt atypique: mon mari, portugais, est à la retraite depuis quelques années alors que j'enseigne toujours le français aux immigrants à l'université. Nous avons deux belles grandes filles de 15 ans et 22 ans qui sont toutes deux aux études. Nous parlons, outre le portugais et le français, l'espagnol et l'anglais.

Destinazione

Au Portugal, mon mari aimerait trouver un échange à Faro.Nous serions aussi ouverts à un échange plus court sur la côte est américaine pendant l'été.
