Our cute little 110 year-old Victorian is located in the quaint area of historic Old Colorado City. We are two blocks from adorable downtown Old Colorado City which has many shops, outdoor cafes and restaurants. Pikes Peak is 12 minutes away. Seven Falls (historic waterfalls), Cheyenned Mountain Zoo, and Cave of the Winds are all minutes away. The trendy little mountain town of Manitou Springs is located just 5 minutes away. You can catch a ride on the amazing COG Railway in Manitou Springs which takes you straight to the top of Pikes Peak. Pikes Peak can be seen all over the area of Colorado Springs (and from our front porch as well). There are hundreds of hiking trails in the area. Garden of the Gods is an amazing park of towering red crag rocks where mountain climbing, hiking and biking can be enjoyed. The famous Broadmoor hotel can be found only 10 minutes away. The old mining town of Cripple Creek is a 40 minute drive up into the mountains where you can tour a gold mine, ride and train or gamble in the many casinos. The spectacular Royal Gorge is a treat for anyone of any age and can be found an hour from our house. The suspension bridge found in the Gorge is a sight to be seen by all. We are located about 2 hours from many major ski areas including: Breckenridge, Monarch, Keystone, Copper Mountain and Cooper. Colorado Springs is home to the United States Airforce Academy. Denver and its many attractions is an hour drive from our house.

Our house has been renovated and we are constantly doing more updates. The bath has a gorgeous old fashioned claw foot tub. The back yard is a beautiful with manicured lawn, perennial and herb garden and gazebo with curtains and lights.

Our neighbors are amazing and friendly enough to help you find your way around.

About Us

I am a certified sommelier and employed with a local wild game restaurant serving authentic Colorado Cuisine. Gift certificates can be a possible part of the vacation exchange with us.

My wife makes and sells all-natural soap. Our bathroom is always stocked with a great selection of these.

We have 2 children.

We enjoy hiking, skiing, camping, in-line skating (trails very close), and anything else these great Rocky Mountains can offer up. So will you!
