Large brick home in suburban neighborhood close to Galleria. There are 4 large bedrooms on the top floor: One king bed with private bath and jacuzzi, two bedrooms with single beds and baths with WC, and one bedroom with double bed, shared bathroom.
On the main floor, there is a comfortable Living room with fireplace and TV, kitchen with marble counters and breakfast area, dining room that seats 6 or more, a screened porch for relaxing and dining, and a seperate sun porch. On the bottom floor, there is a seperate entry with a billiard room and TV, also a bedroom with bath. Wireless Internet is throughout the house.

Neighborhood

This is a wonderful, hilly subdivision about 15 minutes drive to downtown birmingham. We are 5 minutes to the largest shopping center (Galleria) in Alabama. Many fine restaurants of all varieties are close, and we will include a car for exchange. We have bicycles available and swimming in the community pool.

About Us

Professional couple Architect husband and administrative wife, in our early 50's, with 4 children: ages 20, 19, 17, and 12. Well behaved and fun loving, seeking exchange for 2 weeks in the first part of December of 2008. We are tidy and responsible people with a love of travel and new experience. The two oldest are away in school now, so its just us and the two girls to exchange.
