This 3 bedroom and 3 bath apartment is centrally located in Downtown Miami minutes away from Miami Beach and South Beach on Brickell Key Island, with breathtaking views of the ocean. The island provides restaurants, shops, and a few steps away the famous Mandarin Oriental Hotel, with it's world reknown spa.

Neighborhood

Downtown Miami has the advantage of being close to beaches, from South Beach to Key Biscayne, also home to the Miami Seaquarium. Minutes away from our new Carnival Performance Arts Center, The Miami design District, Coral Gables and Coconut Grove. Coral Gables and Coconut Grove are known for their restaurants, active night life, art galleries and shopping.

About Us

This condo is a second home to the family and is rarely used. It is tastefully decorated and guests can use the gym and pool area. I live with my husband and daughters in another part of town , Doral, 20 minutes from downtown. We love to travel and entertain, I am a stay at home mom and my husband is in race car driving and owns a specialized garage for these types of cars.

Destination

This can be a non simultaneous exchange, as this a second home.
We enjoy travelling for the Christmas holidays and are considering Colorado this year, we hope to exchange sea for ski this year.
