Description

Stunning hillside home 20 mins. from Christchurch, New Zealand in the suburb of Sumner. Two bedroom, two toilets, one bathroom, double internal access garage, fantastic views over Pegasus Bay. Ten minutes walk to shops and surf/swimming beach. Open to all possibilities but prefer longer term swap as we are looking to experience the lifestyle and culture of another country.

Neighborhood

Christchurch is very centrally located to explore the whole of the south island. Sumner is about twenty mins. outside Chrischurch and is a seaside village of about 6,000 residents. Our home is 10 mins walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The house is perched on scarborough hill and has uninterrupted views of Pegasus Bay , Sumner Beach and the Kaikoura moutains.

About Us

We are a professional couple who are semi retired and looking to experience the lifestyle and culture of another country. We would prefer a longer term swap (1 year) but would consider a shorter swap.

Destination

We are very flexible with the dates and length of stay as we are more concerned with finding someone who will look after our home, the way in which, we will look after yours.
