Very nice house 75m2. Every room is compact and nice. We have just renovated the houde one year ago. Bathroom with jacuzzibath and separate shower. Bulthaup kitchen with all equipements.

Neighborhood

The house is situated in an area called "De Pijp" in Amsterdam OUD ZUID, close to the center and close to the museum area (Van Gogh, Rijksmuseum, Concert Hall etc.). Also close to the Sarphatipark and Vondelpark and the most famous market: De Albert Cuijp Market. Its is Quartier Latin of Amsterdam. Very lively with a mixed multiculti population and the highest concentration of restaurants in the City.

About Us

We are two guys living together. 33 and 34 years old, from Malaga and Amsterdam. My friend works as maitre in the restaurant of a 5* hotel and I work as a psychologist and have my own bussines. We speak Dutch, Spanish, French, German and English.
