Large family house on 2100 sq.metres, well maintained. Mainly tiled floors. 4 bedroom 2 lounges fitted kitchen dining area wide verandah overlooking pool. Underfloor heating, excellent security. Plenty storage space. Lock up garage for car. Lovely tranquil garden.

Neighborhood

Our quiet neighbourhood is filled with tree lined streets, plenty of bird life. Walks are pleasant. Exellent large shopping centre two kilometres away. Easy access to freeways to go to Durban, Pietermaritzburg and the Drakensberg holiday resorts (2 hours away). Many locals walk dogs or jog. Many young families.

About Us

We are a professional couple, my husband being a paediatrician and I am a psychologist who runs a home practice. My husband is employed as a specialist at a Durban hospital. Our 3 adult daughters have recently located to the UK and we intend spending regular time with them, hence the house swop desire. One daughter is a speech therapist and the others work in economic consulting. All are based in London.
Both my husband and I ride horses for recreation, my husband sails dinghys in Durban Bay and I am a keen gardener. We generally enjoy outdoor activities, such as hiking. We both like reading extensively.

Destination

We are committed to the dates above. We can make other arrangements for some of our time in the UK but would prefer a swop over the whole period we are there, namely 6-20 June. We however must have the accommodation from the 14-20 June. We require housing close to where our daughters' live, in Wimbledon. Thus Wimbledon is our desired choice, or a suburb close to this in terms of car transport. This is important as we dont want to travel across London.
