Three bedroom (king, queen, 2 twins), 3 bath condo. On top floor corner unit --yes there is an elevator. Third bedroom and bath are in the loft (up stairs). Views of Rocky Mountains and Keystone Lake. Near all types of mountain activities and on (free) bus line to all of Summit County, Colorado. Large living area with wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV/DVR/DVD; free wireless Internet and LAN. There is an outdoor spa/hot tub in the center courtyard of the building (common area) -- wonderful for snowy evenings. Also an indoor pool, sauna, and spa in a secure detached building. Laundry facilities and 24-hour property management are on site. Daily maid service for a fee. Property management will require a $100 cleaning fee when you depart. We love this beautiful spot. It is a joy for us to read our guest book each time we return.

Neighborhood

Keystone has its own ski area (one of the few that has night skiing) and is near Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain, Nordic Center, and Vail. There are two villages: one at Keystone Lake (where we are located) and one a little further up the road at Keystone River Run.

Nearby are the historic mining towns of Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne (with its outlet malls), and numerous hiking paths, trout streams, and bicycle trails. We have local theatre and concerts, and Denver is about 90 minutes away. In the summer, downhill mountain biking (via the ski lifts) is a popular sport. There are fireworks over the lake every Saturday night in the summer. In winter you can watch the ice skaters from your breakfast table.

About Us

Four generations of our family use our mountain home. We spend several weeks each year updating the condo. In October we rocked the fireplace, added a flat-screen HDTV over it, and installed a cork floor.
